A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

Allow me to introduce myself, I am Valdir Pina a qualified Personal Trainer/ Strength and Conditioning Coach at the gym group. I led a very active childhood and came to naturally love sports! Keeping physically fit and healthy helps to keep me stress free, strong and positive in my mind and body!

 

Cardio? Weights? Diet? No carbs? With such a wide range of information out there I get it, it gets confusing and that's where I come in to professionally guide you to your desired goal in the most efficient way possible. I truly believe every single person should be the best version of themselves physically and emotionally.
